Return Policy


TireTraker™ TPMS offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on each TPMS we offer. Please contact customer service at 866-200-9773, Ext. 3 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase. All returns, for whatever reason, require a RMA and are subject to the following terms;


1. Copy of receipt showing date of purchase and from whom purchased must be included with return.


2. All products must be returned in the same condition received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include the original TireTraker™ Box, along with all original pieces, packing materials, and manuals with no markings on the box. Place returned item(s) in a suitable shipping carton - Do not attach labels to original box. If all of the above is not present, and the original box is not usable, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged.


3. Customers are required to utilize proper packing care when returning any product, or we reserve the right to claim damaged shipping due to customer's improper packing care.


4. The retail cost of any parts missing upon return will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.


5. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any shipping charges initially paid by customer are not refundable.
