TireTraker™ TPMS respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  To protect your privacy, you can visit our Web site without identifying yourself or having to reveal any information about yourself.  We may collect and use information through our Web site only in any ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at the TireTraker™ TPMS Web site. 

Part I.  Information Collection.

We will require your personal information when you place an order with us.  We will need your details such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, any special delivery addresses and your phone number.  We will need to share this information with any third party suppliers such as our warehouse distributors, a financial company that issued your credit card and carriers such as the United States Post Office or other private courier companies. This information is required to effect supply directly to you in a satisfactory & secure manner.

Part II.  Information Usage.

We do not sell or share your personal details, including your email address, with any third party entities (other than those for the purpose of goods/merchandise supply) without your explicit permission.  This information is strictly confidential, and may only be used for TireTraker™ TPMS related activities.

All email inquiries received by TireTraker™ TPMS may be entered into our email newsletter database for product news & updates through periodic email updates.  You can request to remove your email address from our subscription database simply by sending us an email request to info@tiretraker.com.  You can unsubscribe any time and can also request to have your subscription details changed anytime should the need arise.

When you contact us via email for website feedback or product inquiries, we will need your email or contact details so we can respond to your inquiries.

Part III.  Access to Information.

TireTraker™ TPMS does not proactively pursue or track cookie usage for marketing, promotional or advertising purposes.

Part V.  Data Storage and Security.

We do process Credit Card transactions through secure areas of our Web site. When you use secure areas of the site, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with 256-bit encryption. All the information sent between your computer and our secure computer environment is encrypted or scrambled so that no one can read it in transit. You can read it and we can read it - no one else. There are two clues to show you that you are using a secure area. First, the Web site address (or URL) appears as https:// (instead of just http://) - the "s" is for "secure." Second, a lock or key indicator appears in the status bar of your Web browser.

Secure areas of the site have a time-out feature. If you leave your secure session inactive for some time, it times-out to prevent unauthorized access
